Shipping policy

Local Delivery Only

Humble Harvest Co. currently offers local delivery only. We do not ship products nationally or internationally. All orders are hand-delivered by our team to the Brighton, Michigan area.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to zip codes 48114 and 48116. Delivery area may expand in the future. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, contact us at harvest@humbleharvestco.com before placing an order.

Delivery Day & Window

All deliveries are made on Saturdays. We have a standard 3 hour delivery window each week. You will be notified of your window in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive the following updates on delivery day:

  • A text notification when your driver is a few stops away
  • A delivery confirmation text with a photo once your order has been placed at your door

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of $8.00 applies to all orders. 

Minimum Order

A minimum order of $25.00 is required for delivery.

Order Cutoff

Orders must be placed by Thursday evening to qualify for that week's Saturday delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be fulfilled the following week.

Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery

Humble Harvest Co. is responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered and confirmed with a photo. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We strongly recommend being available to collect your order promptly upon delivery. Perishable items should be refrigerated or stored appropriately immediately after receipt. Humble Harvest Co. is not responsible for spoilage or quality changes resulting from delayed collection after a confirmed delivery.

Delivery Tips

  • Ensure your house number is clearly visible from the street
  • Add gate codes or specific drop-off instructions to your order notes at checkout
  • For your freshest experience, plan to be home during your delivery window

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccessible address or no safe drop-off location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Redelivery may not always be possible for the same week.

Delays

While we strive to meet all scheduled delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.

Refunds Related to Delivery

If you believe your order was not delivered or arrived in unsatisfactory condition due to a delivery issue, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery at harvest@humbleharvestco.com. Refunds related to delivery are handled at the discretion of Humble Harvest Co. in accordance with our Refund Policy.
