Refund policy
Our goal is for every customer to receive fresh, high-quality products.
If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll work with the vendor to issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds are at the discretion of Humble Harvest Co. and the vendor, and may be processed to the original payment method.
Vendors may be required to reimburse Humble Harvest Co. for refunded amounts related to their products.
